• Payload Files & Content Data: To perform automated processing, we collect and store the raw files (such as PDFs, CSVs, system logs, or text files) and prompt instructions you submit via web form, email hooks, or SFTP drop-zones.
• Technical & Usage Metadata: We collect execution metrics, runtime compute usage, IP addresses, log data, and system diagnostics to monitor pipeline stability and calculate billing fees.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provision, execute, and deliver our automated workflow and parsing engines.
• Calculate compute runtime, metered tasks, and storage usage for accurate invoicing.
• Verify security perimeters, enforce encryption gates, and prevent unauthorized access.
• Provide technical customer support and notify you of processing receipts or pipeline status changes.

3. Data Processing, Privacy & AI Guardrails

• Zero AI Model Training: We do not sell, rent, or trade your payload data. Furthermore, data submitted to InboxGenAI is never used to train, retrain, or improve public or third-party Machine Learning / AI models.
• Data Isolation: All client pipelines operate within isolated environments to prevent cross-contamination or structural leakages across accounts.
• Retention & Vault Storage: Uploaded files and processing outputs are stored securely according to your plan's retention policy (standard 30-day baseline, unless custom vault retention is configured for Enterprise tiers).

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share necessary operational data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting, storage vaults, processing compute hardware, and payment processors like Stripe) under strict confidentiality agreements to deliver the services.
