These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, processing endpoints, and software provided by Got Simplified LLC dba InboxGenAI ("InboxGenAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or submitting data to our systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
InboxGenAI provides managed, automated data processing pipelines that accept unstructured data feeds (via web form, email hooks, or SFTP directories), normalize them via AI and deterministic processing rules, and deliver structured output data assets to specified destinations.
2. Billing, Rates & Payment Processing
- Corporate Entity & Card Statement Identification: Services are billed by Got Simplified LLC. Your credit card or bank billing statement will appear under the name "Got Simplified LLC" or "Got Simplified LLC / InboxGenAI".
- Base Subscription & Compute Billing: Plans consist of a flat monthly baseline subscription fee (if applicable) plus variable fees based on actual compute execution runtime (e.g., Standard Compute and Premium AI Compute per-minute rates) and file vault storage.
- Baseline Computations: Compute time calculations carry a standard minimum execution baseline per payload execution to ensure pipeline allocation stability.
- Cancellation & Upgrades: Subscription adjustments or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Outstanding metered compute charges accumulated prior to cancellation will be billed at the end of the monthly billing cycle.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Submit files containing malicious code, viruses, malware, or unlawful content.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any portion of the underlying orchestration engine or platform architecture.
- Use the service in violation of applicable export controls, privacy regulations, or local laws.
4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
- Your Data: You retain 100% ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in and to the raw payload files, instructions, and extracted output datasets processed by InboxGenAI.
- Our Platform: InboxGenAI retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to our proprietary infrastructure, parsing engines, site design, code, and trade secrets.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we enforce enterprise-grade security and deterministic validation, InboxGenAI makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free parsing of corrupt input files.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Got Simplified LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to InboxGenAI during the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
